Responsibilities:

  • Establish the Enterprise PMO and operating model as well as the function, standards and performance methods
  • Create a project management learning center of excellence
  • Monitor compliance with policies and standards
  • Oversee the delegation of work for enterprise Project Managers and manage the workload
  • Set annual performance targets for individuals and the team
  • Collaborate with business and executive leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable projects
  • Collaborate with Group PMOs in the establishing reporting and governance across the enterprise and in the management of portfolio
  • Ensure projects are aligned with the corporate strategic direction and coordinated across the organization
  • Develop organizational mechanism for project approval and prioritization

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
  • 7-10 Years of prior experience leading a PMO and / or project management
  • Experience with one or more project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2 and agile)
  • Project management skills and experience plus significant knowledge of project planning tools 
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and communicate the ePMO vision and inspire and motivate PMO staff
  • Demonstrated blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate effective interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to analyze and present ROI for programs, projects and initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience
