PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager on a 6 month contract basis for our client in Greenwood Village, CO (another possible location is Scottsdale, AZ)Responsibilities Project Management related to a company divestiture Integration of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with multiple systems. Experience with iCIMS is a plus. Will manage the IT portion in partnership with another PM on the operations team. Management of the discovery and integration of a new large customer including the o verall discovery working with the IT and Operations team including B&DRequired Skills Detailed knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources processing experience is required.
Experience with ATS integrations and general HR/Reruiting knowledge Ability to work on multiple high profile projects 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management Domain industry knowledge and experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in an M&A environment. Knowledge of the full SDLC as well as managing projects relating to enterprise software applications. Experience managing projects in a mergers & acquisitions atmosphere is preferred. (i.e., "one team" approach, bringing everyone into the fold in a way that sets a positive tone). Ability to walk the line between being diplomatic but being able to drive to results. Must be comfortable working in an often chaotic environment with limited/no standards. The company continues to grow through acquisitions and the Sr. PM must understand and embrace that the company views each acquisition as unique and does not impose standards on firms that they acquire. Strong communication skills including the ability to engage internal clients at all levels (including Directors, VPs and C-Level). The Sr. PM must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable with executives. Ability to work in a self-directed manner with limited leadership. A flexible attitude and the ability to pivot quickly in an ever changing environment. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Information Technology or related field preferred. Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will implement and deploy digital strategy for all of the company's business units.
