The Program Details
To qualify for the referral bonus, a candidate needs to be placed by PeerSource and either have worked 600 hours in a contract position or have met the guarantee period for a direct hire position. The bonus will be paid after the related invoices have been paid to PeerSource.
PeerSource staff employees, relatives PeerSource staff employees and any client personnel may not participate in this program. PeerSource also reserves the right to reject any referral or candidate it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion including when we are already working with referred candidates. The amount of referral bonus money you receive will be based upon the amount billed to a client as a result of the referral.
